Morning Glow
I took this photo the morning of the very first day. Dew still clung to the grass and there was magic in the air. When the sun started peaking over the horizon, what was a magical moment became otherworldly. The ground turned a frosty teal and sparkled, as the sun shone off the pony’s coat and brought out the vibrant orange hues that lay dormant. They were glowing.
This piece contains probably my favorite color combination; blue and brown. The contrast between the horses and their surroundings really stuck with me and made me want to capture that magic in a painting.
